Content Designer and Design Thinker passionate about simplifying the complex and innovating for everyone. Currently owning content design and operations for the Transactions Design Team at MetaMask, the leading crypto wallet.

I received my certification in Design Thinking from IDEO and I love using my skills to facilitate sessions for product design teams.

Outside of work, I host a monthly variety show to raise money for causes in my local community. In 2025, we raised $5k!

September 2025 - present

  • Designed self-service UX research template for wider design team and supported designers running A/B concept testing.

  • Audited MetaMask Extension, documenting and fixing 150+ content paper cuts.

  • Edited content directly in the codebase, speeding up workflow and freeing up engineering resources.

  • Facilitated design-thinking sessions for cross-functional teams to solve organizational problems, including: How to meet complex user needs with AI and How MetaMask Extension can serve an evolving web3 ecosystem.

  • Led content design for Linktree Shops, driving a daily average GMV increase of $17k.

  • Built self-service brand voice ChatGPT, reducing copy requests and streamlining approvals.

  • Partnered with Sr. UX Researcher to identify and update confusing language.

  • Led content audit for mobile app and collaborated with Product Manager to update and simplify copy across all app surfaces.

  • Led a design hackathon that resulted in significant updates to the B2B purchase portal, contributing to improved team dynamics and project efficiency.
