Approach
01 Understand
Leave no stone unturned. I ask annoying questions and poke holes in half-baked solutions so our users don’t have to.
03 Write
Content design is best when you don’t notice it. I write at a seventh-grade level with a focus on simple, intuitive patterns.
02 Define
Organizational alignment is hard to get. By defining key terms and their usage early on, I reduce team headaches by ∞.
04 Refine
Perfection isn’t real. Through dogfooding, team feedback, and insights from research, I refine my content until it works.
05 Throw it all out the window
Ambiguity is the name of the game. Sometimes organizational goals shift at the last second and that’s when I trust my gut, write content that follows best practices, and iterate as needed.
